Define and own the roadmap for Gen AI and Agentic AI programs across product lines.
Align AI initiatives with company OKRs, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.
Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes and scalable solutions.

Cross-Functional Execution

Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.

Technical Oversight

Oversee development of agentic architectures (eg, LangChain, llamaindex, tensor flow. Should have worked on RAG architecture
Collaborate with analytics teams on model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Ensure robustness, safety, and explainability of AI systems.

Must-Have:

10 15 years of experience in program/product management, with 3 5 years in AI/ML or emerging tech.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems.
Strong technical fluency able to engage with engineers and researchers meaningfully.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
Background in cognitive science, HCI, or AI ethics.
Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, and multi-modal AI.
Exposure to enterprise AI deployment (cloud, security, scalability
