Program Manager for Non Profit

Role Overview: As the Manager Programmes at Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust, you're not just taking a job; you're answering a calling. You'll oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities. Responsibilities: - Implement & oversee diverse projects with specialized teams - Ensure successful achievement of project targets - Prepare and submit activity reports to trustees and donors - Forge and maintain partnerships for collaborative success - Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation - Build a volunteer-mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects - Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Troubleshoot project problems.
