5-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on R&D or technology teams. • Proficiency in using and administering Jira and Confluence, with expertise in customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports. • Strong experience in managing release cycles, sprints, and agile methodologies. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely. • Proven ability to conduct audits, set KPIs, and track performance effectively. • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or equivalent; PMP or Agile certification is a plus). Nice-to-Have: • Experience working in R&D environments, particularly in SaaS or enterprise solutions. • Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, or related technologies. • Ability to manage and report on distributed or cross-functional teams.
