Program Manager/ Delivery Manager

Plan, Monitor and ensure smooth transition of various projects (Any ERP,SAP, iOT,AI, IT)

Effectively manage project costs, manage accruals, Document & provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

Entire Program management of internal delivery teams, third party associates, client’s to ensure timely delivery of the projects

Periodic Project review with associates & clients

Ensure Continuous communication with clients / management

Handling customers relations & escalations of ongoing projects

  Good team management & leadership qualities with experience in managing multiple teams
• 
  Should have handled multiple projects
• 
  Previous experience in SAP , ERP , ITES, IOT<AI companies would be an added advantage
• 
  Ability to tackle work pressure and quality to handle escalations
• 
  Excellent attitude to resolve ambiguity

Location – Mumbai

This position will require domestic & international travel

Formal Education & Certification

• 
  University degree in the BCA or IT
