Responsibilities:

• Manage program delivery for business unit
• Manage existing products as well as new product development for multi-axle and combat vehicles
• Oversee the entire product development life cycle, from concept phase to final delivery, including support for business development and marketing teams
• Receive and review RFPs from customers to develop and deliver products that meet their specifications and requirements
• Understand customer needs and act on inputs from the field
• Develop new products, covering inception to delivery, with focus on cost, investment, planning, monitoring, and execution of new programmes
• Appoint CFT, review governance, design and development process, testing and validation process, manufacturing process planning, supplier development process, engg change management process, ATP/QAP/PPAP, financial management system, and quality system procedure
• Create and maintain records of Gateway review and budget approvals
