Program Manager, Admissions Outreach

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our team and assist in developing and implementing clear outreach plans for our courses and programmes. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our admissions outreach across various communication channels. It will be your responsibility to understand the University's mission, the nature of each programme, and our expectations from students in order to create effective strategies to drive student applications. Your responsibilities will include increasing the visibility of our programmes among students, parents, and relevant institutions, creating targeted messaging for different audiences and platforms, developing communication campaigns throughout the year, executing action plans, and monitoring their effectiveness. Collaboration with the communication and other teams within the University will also be a key aspect of this role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as experience with various communication channels such as physical events, webinars, digital campaigns, and social media. While fluency in Hindi is desirable, it is not mandatory for this role.
