Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project/program activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, design, and business teams to track deliverables and resolve blockers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks/issues, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
• Support resource planning and optimize project schedules.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration within teams to meet organizational goals.
• Assist in process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of project/program management principles (Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2/CSM) is a plus.
