Job Description

The P&TPM Quality Assurance (QA) Program Management Senior Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Quality Assurance program for External Relationships and newly onboarded ACF relationships. You will lead and direct a team of professionals to achieve the QA objectives, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the P&TPM function and their interactions. Proactively identifying issues, understanding their business impact, and identifying root causes are essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for negotiating internally and externally, often at a senior level. You will be accountable for the end results of Quality Assurance activities, with control over resources, preformulating, and planning. This role primarily impacts a sub-function, involving short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for your area. You will have full management responsibility for a team, including performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. **Responsibilities:** - Quality Assurance - Provide thought leadership to build, design, execute, and lead the TPM QA activities - Manage and oversee testing, quality assurance, issue identification, remediation, and reporting - Lead timely execution of QA activities for TPM MCA Monitoring - Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required **Qualifications:** - 12+ years of experience (6+ Years in Case of Chartered Accountants) - Good negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills - Proven experience and track record in running and managing a diverse team in a complex and matrixed organization, delivering tangible results **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations - Advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills - Executive management presence and presentation skills - Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks - Ability to solve complex issues and apply an appropriate risk management response - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present information in a succinct format to management - Attention to detail and ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, capacity plans - Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely, and independent judgment - Proficiency in MS Office applications **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree If you require a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity due to a disability, please review Accessibility at Citi.
