Program Management Lead - VP

As a Third-Party Management professional at Citi, you will be responsible for supporting the United Kingdom in ongoing compliance with local regulations (PRA SS2/21) through Citis TPM Program. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying new and material changes to Third Party relationships, ensuring required processes documentation and evidence of execution/approvals are maintained. - Collaborating with Initiative Owners to ensure initiatives are reviewed by the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee for materiality before going live. - Ensuring all initiative documentation and approvals are correctly stored within the Initiatives folder in the Shared Drive. - Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure materiality forms are complete and aligned with golden source data. - Deputising for the UK TPM Governance lead and working with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate controls are in place for Material Arrangements. - Interpreting and implementing the UK Regulators Material outsourcing register requirements, engaging 2nd and 3rd lines for ongoing compliance. - Assisting in sending regulatory notifications to the UK Regulators within specified timelines. - Collaborating with Procurement, BAOs, and Sourcing Managers to ensure compliance with EBA Outsourcing requirements. - Driving change, challenging existing processes for improvement, and supporting the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee as required. - Undertaking any other tasks or projects delegated by the Outsourcing and TPM UK Head. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Attention to detail - Experience in managing to regulatory requirements - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment - Familiarity with Citi TPM Policy and Standards and the TPM Life Cycle phases is beneficial - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other collaboration tools Citi is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
