Program Management Lead - VP

As a Third-Party Management professional at Citi, your role will involve identifying new and material changes to Third Party relationships, ensuring required processes and documentation are maintained, and collaborating with Initiative Owners to capture necessary initiative and risk information. You will also be responsible for quality assurance checks, interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements, and supporting the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee. Additionally, you may need to drive process improvements, collaborate with various stakeholders, and handle any other delegated tasks or projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new and material changes to Third Party relationships and maintain required processes and documentation - Collaborate with Initiative Owners to ensure initiatives are reviewed for materiality before going live - Capture and store required initiative and risk information correctly within UK materiality forms - Complete quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with golden source data - Support UK Service Recipient Owners and Business Activity Owners to ensure effective controls for Material Arrangements - Interpret and implement UK Regulators" Material outsourcing register requirements - Ensure regulatory notifications are sent to UK Regulators within specified timelines - Collaborate with Procurement, BAOs, and Sourcing Managers to meet EBA Outsourcing requirements - Drive process improvements and challenge existing processes - Support the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee as required Qualifications & Skills: - Attention to detail - Experience in managing to regulatory requirements - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Analytic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment - Knowledge or understanding of Citi TPM Policy and Standards - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools If you are a person with a disability and require accommodations to use search tools or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
