Program Design Lead

Role Overview: As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for working directly with the Co-Founder to design the Fellowship framework. Additionally, you will learn from existing fellowships and fellows to design a long-term strategy for the organization. You will also be coordinating with the Program team to make long-term plans for curriculum aligned with the needs of rural children. Your role will involve designing curriculum to help students explore their passions, establishing systems and frameworks to capture qualitative and quantitative growth, and integrating this growth into the program strategy. Furthermore, you will be creating a long-term organizational strategy to support fellows effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Co-Founder to design the Fellowship framework - Learn from existing fellowships and fellows to design a long-term strategy - Coordinate with the Program team to make long-term plans for curriculum aligned with the needs of rural children - Design curriculum to help students explore their passions - Establish systems and frameworks to capture qualitative and quantitative growth - Integrate growth into the program strategy and create a long-term organizational strategy to support fellows effectively Qualifications Required: - Strong inclination towards solving real-life problems - Strong time management, organization, and communication skills are essential - Fluency in English and Marathi is preferred - Proactive and resourceful mindset Please note that the location for this position is the Ichalkaranji office.,
