The role also involves addressing customer queries, monitoring program progress, and reporting outcomes to management.

• Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders
• Customer Service experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in program coordination or project management is a plus
