Program Analyst (Power Bi)

As a Program Analyst/Project Controller in the Program Management Department, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Power BI desktop. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on Power BI desktop from basic to advanced levels, including ETL (Extract Transform and Load), managing relationships, and creating visuals. - Establishing logic and primary keys for table relationships in Power BI. - Setting up meetings and understanding the requirements of internal and external stakeholders. - Independently performing tasks using advanced Power Query steps, DAX formulas, and Measures. - Demonstrating creativity in producing visuals and presenting data in a presentable format. - Communicating effectively through verbal and written channels, showing proactiveness and ownership attitude. - Delivering quality and timely deliverables, while keeping track of various dashboards and targets. - Working on advanced Excel and Power BI for project analysis. - Connecting various data sources to Power BI such as folders, files, SharePoint folders, Azure, or databases. - Applying analytical thinking to translate data into meaningful statistics and information. - Implementing row-level security on data and understanding application security layer models in Power BI. - Creating and updating Power BI procedures specific to projects. - Deploying dashboards and maintaining Power BI services for various clients within workspace, as well as handling admin activities of the Power BI workspace. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate or Diploma holder. - Experience in advanced Power BI, with Power BI Certification preferred. - Working knowledge of Advanced Excel is preferred. - Interest in learning and developing project controls capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of Project Management Knowledge areas and Planning Terminologies. - Willingness to work in the 2nd shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 PM) to coordinate with the US Office.
