As a Program Analyst/Project Controller in the Program Management Department, you will be responsible for performing tasks using Power BI desktop from basic to advanced levels. This includes ETL (Extract Transform and Load), managing relationships, and creating visuals. You will be required to establish logic and primary keys for table relationships within Power BI, as well as set up meetings to understand the requirements of internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve working independently on advanced Power Query steps, DAX formulas, and Measures to produce creative and visually appealing data representations. Effective verbal and written communication, proactiveness, and ownership attitude are essential in this role. You will be expected to deliver high-quality and timely deliverables, keep track of various dashboards and targets, and execute tasks in an agile manner within the program/portfolio. Additionally, you will work on advanced Excel and Power BI for project analysis, connecting various data sources to Power BI, and translating data into meaningful statistics and information through analytical thinking. Furthermore, you should be capable of implementing row-level security on data and understanding application security layer models in Power BI. Your responsibilities will also include creating and updating Power BI procedures specific to projects, deploying dashboards, and maintaining Power BI services for various clients within the workspace, along with handling admin activities of the Power BI workspace. Qualifications for this role include being a graduate or diploma holder with experience in advanced Power BI. Preference will be given to candidates with Power BI certification and working knowledge of advanced Excel. An interest in learning and developing project controls capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is crucial. Basic understanding of Project Management Knowledge areas and Planning Terminologies is desirable. The position requires a permanent commitment to the second shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 pm) to allow for coordination with the US Office.
