Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality education in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, drive impactful research, mentor future entrepreneurs, and strengthen industry-academia linkages. The role encompasses curriculum development, academic leadership, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching:
Conduct courses (undergraduate/postgraduate) in entrepreneurship, innovation management, venture creation, business modeling, and related areas.

Curriculum Development:
Design/update syllabi to reflect global trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging technologies.

Research:
Publish in reputed journals, present at conferences, and pursue interdisciplinary research projects.

Mentorship:
Guide student startups, business plan competitions, and capstone projects.

Industry Collaboration:
Build partnerships, organize workshops/seminars with entrepreneurs, and facilitate internships.

Administration:
Contribute to accreditation, committees, and departmental activities.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on pedagogical advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

Essential:

PhD in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Business Administration, or related field (ABD candidates may apply).

3+ years of teaching experience in higher education with demonstrated effectiveness.

Strong research portfolio (publications in Scopus/WoS/ABDC journals).

Preferred:

Industry experience in startups, venture capital, or innovation roles.

Track record of securing research grants or consultancy projects.

Skills & Competencies

Required:

Expertise in entrepreneurship theories, design thinking, and business model innovation.

Excellent communication, tech-integrated teaching skills, and mentorship abilities.

Collaborative mindset for interdisciplinary work.

Desirable:

Certifications in Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.

Experience in online teaching and MOOC development.
