Professor – Nursing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Professor – Nursing to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Nursing with a minimum of 12 years of total experience, including 10 years of post-M.Sc. (Nursing) teaching experience. The role demands excellence in teaching, curriculum development, research, and academic leadership to contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.

Essential Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Nursing (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of total professional experience with M.Sc. (Nursing)
• At least 10 years of teaching experience after completing M.Sc. (Nursing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nursing
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and thesis work
• Develop academic curriculum, lesson plans, and course materials
• Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and academic audits
• Guide junior faculty and participate in faculty development initiatives
• Engage in scholarly research, publications, and academic forums
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations and quality standards (e.g., INC, NAAC, UGC)
