As a Professor at SOL Navi Mumbai Campus, your role will involve: - Holding a Ph.D. Degree with a First Class Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law - Having a minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching/research and/or industry at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade - Demonstrating a minimum of 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Achieving a minimum Research Score of 120 - Successfully guiding at least 2 doctoral candidates For candidates from industry and the profession, the essential qualifications include: - First Class Masters Degree in Law - Significant professional work equivalent to a Ph.D. Degree in Law - Industrial/professional experience of fifteen years with at least eight years at a senior level As an Associate Professor at SOL Navi Mumbai Campus, your responsibilities will include: - Holding a Ph.D. Degree with a First Class Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law - Having a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research and/or industry at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade - Publishing a minimum of 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Attaining a minimum Research Score of 75 For candidates from industry and the profession, the essential qualifications comprise: - First Class Masters Degree in Law - Significant professional work equivalent to a Ph.D. Degree in Law - Industrial/professional experience of eight years at a level equivalent to Assistant Professor As an Assistant Professor at SOL Navi Mumbai Campus, the essential requirements are: - Masters Degree in a related discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade - Good academic record - Clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or SLET/SET accredited by UGC Desirable qualifications for Assistant Professor include: - Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience - Presenting at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies - Actively engaged in high-quality research with evidence of published work in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals, including books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.,
