As an HR faculty member at NIMS School of Business, your role will involve teaching courses such as HRM, OB, talent management, labour laws, and training & development. You will also mentor students to enhance their placement preparedness and contribute to research, publications, and academic processes. Qualifications Required: - Post-Graduation in HR/Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience after PG. - Ph.D./NET qualification is preferred. - Strong people skills and corporate HR exposure are desirable for this role.,
