Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager – Soft Services

Reporting To: Facility Manager / Soft Services Manager
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure smooth delivery of soft services (housekeeping, front office, mailroom, pantry, etc.) at the facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and client satisfaction.
