Producton / Application Support Analyst

Position: Production / Application Support Analyst – Payment Channels / Core Banking

Experience: 3 to 5 Years, 5 + Years, 10+ years

Domain: Payment Channels (UPI, IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, Credit Card, ATM), Core Banking Systems (e.g., Flexcube)

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to All Roles):

• Provide L1/L2 application support for banking systems
• Work in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends) and be available for on-call support
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Adhere to ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Participate in delivery meetings, release validations, and post-deployment monitoring
• Act as SPOC during shifts when required

Technical Skills Required:

Payments Support :

• Knowledge of UPI, IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, Credit Card, ATM systems
• Familiarity with APIs and middleware integrations
• Experience with production monitoring tools and incident management

Core Banking Support :

• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of CBS systems like Flexcube
• Experience handling batch jobs, user access issues, and core banking workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
