Production/Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise assembly and production processes for LED strip lights.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing standards and conducting checks.
• Monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with stores for timely material availability.
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Report daily production status to management.
• Train and guide workers for efficiency and skill improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in production supervision in electronics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and basic machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
