Production Worker

Job Description Position Title: Production Worker Department: Production Division: Encapsulation & Packing Reporting To: Production Manager Role Overview: The Production Staff will be responsible for performing various tasks in the production unit to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operations. This role involves executing tasks assigned by the Production Manager and contributing to meeting production schedules and maintaining product quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in all production activities, including encapsulation and packing, as instructed by the Production Manager. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per GMP standards. Monitor production processes to identify and address potential issues promptly. Ensure accurate documentation of daily tasks and batch processes. Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor. Participate in team meetings and provide input for process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum educational qualification: +2/degree. Basic understanding of production processes is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Work Environment: The role requires working in a manufacturing setup, including operating machinery and handling raw materials. May involve standing for extended periods and working in shifts. Compensation: Daily wages as per company policy.
