FBC Operator
02 to 05 Years (Pellets mandatory)
Coating Pan Operator
02 to 05 Years (Pellets mandatory)
Shift Incharge
02 to 05 Years (Pellets preferable)
Warehouse Executive
02 to 05 Years (Pellets / Formulation preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor
FBC (Fluid Bed Coater), Coating Pan
, and related pelletization equipment.
Perform
pellet coating, drying, and sizing operations
as per standard procedures.
Set and monitor
critical process parameters
: temperature, airflow, RPM, spray rate, inlet/outlet temperature, etc.
Ensure proper
charging and discharging of materials
.
Follow
Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) / Batch Packing Records (BPR)
strictly.
Ensure adherence to
GMP, EHS, and SOP guidelines
during production activities.
Perform
line clearance and equipment cleaning
as per SOPs.
Handle
minor troubleshooting
in equipment and report breakdowns.
Coordinate with
QA/QC and Maintenance
departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Shift In-charge: manage manpower, allocate work, and ensure smooth shift operations.

Qualification

B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry) / ITI
or related fields.
