Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic Production Trainees to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the LED and solar lighting industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly of LED and solar products.
Learn production line processes and safety protocols.
Support testing and packaging operations.
Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor.
Work under supervision and follow all SOPs.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or any relevant field.
Freshers welcome; prior internship or training in manufacturing is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,576.18 - ₹12,875.00 per month
