Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Production Operations:This includes tasks like setting up machinery, operating equipment, and assisting with assembly operations.
Monitoring Production and Quality:Trainees help monitor production processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and that machinery operates correctly.
Maintaining Safety and Cleanliness:Following safety protocols, maintaining a clean work environment, and reporting any safety hazards are important aspects of the role.
Documenting Production Data:Keeping accurate records of production data, quality checks, and other relevant information is often required.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Trainees may be involved in identifying and troubleshooting minor issues with equipment or processes, working under the guidance of experienced staff.
Learning and Development:A key part of the role is actively learning about production processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
