Job Description – Senior Production Technician

Location: Nangloi, New Delhi,

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in electronics assembly/technician role

Department: Production

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

The Senior Production Technician will lead and support critical production operations, including soldering, PCB assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and quality control. The role requires strong hands-on technical ability, leadership skills, and adherence to company SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD).
• Guide and support technicians in PCB assembly, wiring, and repair tasks.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of PCB faults, wiring issues, and assembly defects.
• Carry out detailed quality inspections to ensure reliable soldering, assembly, and product functionality.
• Train junior technicians on soldering techniques, safety, and production processes.
• Maintain and update daily production reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety measures, and quality standards across the production line.
• Coordinate with the production supervisor/manager for workflow planning and task allocation.
• Assist in process improvements, productivity enhancement, and reduction of production errors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or production technician roles.
• Educational background in Electronics/Electrical (preferred).
• Excellent soldering skills (both SMD & through-hole) and strong understanding of electronic components.
• Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, wiring, testing, and repair.
• Ability to guide, support, and train junior technicians.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with production tools, test equipment, and safety guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
