As a key player in the role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality production of automotive Connector Car and Car Audio products. Your tasks will involve effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of assembly lines, as well as implementing production processes and procedures to drive productivity enhancements. Working closely with the Manager, Production and Operation, your focus will be on reducing waste, improving safety, quality, and delivery performance. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations for assembly lines manufacturing Connected Car and Car Audio Products, monitoring production targets, and manpower planning to meet demand. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with Quality and Engineering teams to address defects and deviations. Additionally, you will lead initiatives for continuous improvement, drive enhancements in OEE, Productivity, and First Pass Yield (FPY), and optimize workflow to enhance efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related fields, along with 2-6 years of experience in assembly operations within automotive electronics. Proficiency in PCBA manufacturing processes, SAP PP/MM, MS Office, and data reporting tools is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, effective team coordination, and communication abilities are key traits that will contribute to your success.
