Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Support the mixing and precasting operations by preparing materials and operating machinery as required.
Monitor production metrics and assist in identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and enhance productivity.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

While previous experience in a production environment is an advantage, we welcome applicants with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the industry. Ideal candidates will possess:

A basic understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
