Production Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader at Datum Advanced Composites Private Limited, you will play a crucial role within our rapidly growing fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite manufacturing business based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the production processes and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility as part of a dedicated Integrated Product Team (IPT). In this role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians and production workers, guiding them to meet production targets, maintain high product quality, and adhere to safety and operational standards. Your contribution will be instrumental in the seamless functioning of our Advanced Manufacturing Facility located at 523, Ratanpur, Panki, Kanpur 208020, Uttar Pradesh, India.
