Production Support Specialist (L2)
Provide L2 support and escalation management for SDLC and Distributed Scheduling tools. Troubleshoot issues related to code compilation, builds, pipelines, software distribution, secure filetransfer, and schedulers. Support infrastructure and automation to enhance operational efficiency. Address regional technical requirements and dependencies. Manage application lifecycle for critical internet-facing applications. Ensure compliance with regulatoryand audit requirements. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with global technology and business teams. Promote adoption of standards, tools, and best practices. Represent local change and incident management for keyinfrastructure products. Interface with local clients within a global support framework.
3-5 years of experience with Linux systems.
Proficient in scripting/development (Java, Python). Familiar with Autosys, CRON, Apache, Tomcat, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase), and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of SDLC tools: Git, Maven, GitLab, Docker, Jenkins.
Understanding of DevOps and configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. ITIL/ITSM experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting global clients and large-scale environments (10,000+ servers) is a plus. Financial services background and multi-application support experience are advantageous.
