Production Support

As a production support role for trading applications, you will be responsible for working on rotational shifts (7 AM - 4 PM / 11 AM - 8 PM / 1 PM - 10 PM) and providing support for applications that have transitioned from on-premises to AWS cloud. Your strong experience in AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Kubernetes will be essential for this role. Additionally, you will be required to monitor overnight batch jobs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support for trading applications - Work on rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage - Monitor and maintain applications in AWS cloud, specifically using services like EC2, S3, and Kubernetes - Monitor overnight batch jobs to ensure smooth operation - Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus - Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, and Kubernetes - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus - Basic understanding of SQL - Experience with Control-M/Autosys schedulers is a plus,
