1.Daily autonomous maintenance reports check & verify.2.Two bin system & pigeon box reports check & verify.3.Tool monitoring report cross verify.4.Setting approval report check and verify.5.Route card pending status check and verify.6.NC parts- analysis and report to be prepared.7.Material handover note check and verify.8.Daily scrap handover note check and verify (If scrap is high discuss with concern person and take the CAPA).
9.Shift production report mail to be sent to PPC & Prod Head.
10.CNC readiness Meeting.
11.Computer, Excel Knowledge Must.
12.Manpower Candling Experience.
