PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

As a Production Planner, your role involves developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently, while also identifying areas for improvement. Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues - Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure repairs and servicing happen as necessary - Ensure that quality control standards and protocols apply to the production process - Address quality-related issues that may arise - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure availability of raw materials and supplies according to the schedule Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - Proficiency in Hindi preferred In addition to the job role, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
