Answering phones and explaining the Online Programming courses and services Attaining the sales target at regular intervals Obtaining customer information Suggesting solutions based on customer needs Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Supervision: Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 2. Vendor and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure favorable conditions for SurgeonsLab. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery of materials. 3. Product Management: Collaborate with the product development team to understand product specifications, requirements, and timelines. Assist in the procurement of necessary materials for new product launches and existing product lines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development. 4. Manufacturing Floor Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the manufacturing floor, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Coordinate with facilities management to address any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is required to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required, advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision, vendor management, and product management within the life science and med-tech industries. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
