Production Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production factory as a Factory Supervisor. Your role will involve managing on-floor production, supervising workers and interns, coordinating dispatch and ordering of materials, and ensuring that production orders are completed efficiently and reported to the office on time. Your main responsibilities will include supervising daily production activities, managing on-floor workflow, leading and motivating factory workers and interns to maintain productivity and quality, coordinating material ordering and inventory checks, ensuring timely availability of resources, overseeing packaging, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods, and ensuring that production targets are met with a strong focus on quality and timelines. You will also need to maintain accurate production records, report daily updates to the office team, enforce safety and hygiene standards within the factory premises, troubleshoot minor on-floor challenges, and escalate major issues to management when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in production or factory supervision, strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations efficiently, basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch systems, excellent communication and reporting skills, and a problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The preferred shift availability is also day shift. The work location is in-person.,
