Job Title: Interior Production Supervisor Reports to: Director Location: Sahibabad Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Interior Production Supervisor to oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources. You'll play a key role in managing production teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Oversight: - Supervise production teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. 2. Quality Control: - Ensure high-quality output, conducting regular inspections and addressing any quality issues. - Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with company standards. 3. Team Management: - Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training, and support. - Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. 4. Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes. 5. Communication: - Communicate with production teams, management, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of production schedules, timelines, and requirements. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design, Production Management, or a related field. 2. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in interior production supervision or a related field. 3. Skills: - Production management and supervision skills - Quality control and assurance skills - Team management and leadership skills - Communication and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
