Job Description

Role: Production Supervisor Location: Nanekarwadi, Pune Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 3 to 4 Years (Manufacturing / Production) Working Day & Week Off - 6 Days & Thursday Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and workforce on the shop floor. Ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining quality standards Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance. Maintain production reports, documentation, and shift handovers. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment (SHE) guidelines. Coordinate with the planning and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow. Train and guide operators and workers to improve efficiency. Candidate Profile: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle manpower and solve on-ground issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with production machinery and documentation. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
