Production Supervisor

About the Role: Yara Doors is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our door production facility. The candidate will be responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining product quality, and managing shop floor manpower effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise production activities — cutting, pressing, assembly, and finishing. • Plan and assign manpower for each process to meet daily targets. • Monitor quality and minimize wastage. • Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor. • Maintain daily production and attendance reports. Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing (doors, furniture, or related industry) Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills Knowledge of woodworking or panel processing machines preferred
