Job Description

As a Production Supervisor at our company, your role will involve supervising and coordinating the production team to ensure efficient workflow. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines, and training new employees on procedures and safety protocols. Additionally, you will maintain quality control standards, ensure products meet specifications, and implement/enforce company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.E. qualification. - Proficiency in AutoCAD software. - Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred. Please note that the company offers a full-time job opportunity with a day shift schedule and yearly bonus. The preferred work location is in person.
