Production Supervisor

As a Production cum Dispatch Manager at our PVC Profiles Manufacturing firm based in Vasai, your role will involve managing, running, and supervising the production process while also handling dispatch planning efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Day To Day Production Planning and allocating jobs to Machines - Sharing Product Status and updates with Top management daily - Inspecting and Maintaining Quality standards - Stock Keeping of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, ancillary products, and Dies / Molds - Managing Factory Labor effectively - Allocating Manpower to different departments as per work load - Managing Machine Repairs and Maintenance Expenses - Acting as Dispatch officer - Handling Transport Management and Vehicle Allocation - Coordinating with Site and Sales team during dispatch planning - Collaborating with the accounts team for sales documentation - Managing production workloads and ensuring timely completion of jobs - Preparation of Basic Production Reports, Dispatch Docs, and Stock sheets **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP 9.1 & Tally Prime - Fluency in Verbal and Written English, Hindi, and Marathi - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Production / Dispatch (Preferred) - Basic knowledge and understanding of PVC Extrusion Machinery and Production Process - Good Interpersonal Skills & Team Player In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of the production and dispatch processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the overall workflow in the factory. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, at our Vasai Factory.
