The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in the herbal extract or pharmaceutical industry, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and coordinate workflow
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and quality standards
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
Train and mentor production staff on procedures and best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process testing and release
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Participate in production planning and scheduling

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
4-6 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of GMP and other regulatory requirements
Experience with extraction processes and production equipment
Knowledge of inventory management and production planning
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of herbal extraction processes
Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
