Production Supervisor (Seafood)

Role Overview: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities from receiving to final packaging while ensuring proper documentation. You will work on developing an efficient process flow on the production floor by managing labor, raw material, and packaging materials. It will be essential to strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in the production hall. Additionally, you will maintain daily production reports, handle data entry tasks for production record-keeping, and foster good working relationships while applying hands-on leadership at all levels within the environment. Key Responsibilities: - Daily supervision of production activities with proper documentation. - Developing an efficient process flow on the production floor by managing labor, raw material, and packaging materials. - Strictly following food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. - Maintaining daily production reports and handling data entry tasks. - Developing good working relationships and applying hands-on leadership. - Providing leadership for efficient workflow coordination and execution. - Supervising staff and providing relevant training. - Ensuring consistent performance of production sanitation, safety, and security activities. - Monitoring product temperatures regularly. - Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent in applied sciences (Preferably Fisheries/Food Technology/Microbiology). - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Seafood Production or Quality Control.
