Production Supervisor (Seafood)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of Production Activities from Receiving to Final Packaging with proper documentation.
• Working to develop an efficient Process flow on the production floor by managing labour, raw material, and packaging materials.
• Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in production hall.
• Maintaining Daily production Reports.
• Data entry works related to production for record keeping.
• Develop good working relationships and apply hands-on leadership at all levels within environment, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.
• Provide leadership to the efficient coordination and execution of workflow.
• Supervising staff and provide them with relevant training on all aspects of the operation.
• Ensure that all production sanitation, safety, and security activities are consistently performed.
• Monitor the product temperatures from time to time.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager as and when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences (Preferably Fisheries/Food Technology/Microbiology).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3years in Seafood Production or Quality Control

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
