We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Lab Technologist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring that all products comply with established quality and safety standards. This role involves close collaboration with both production and quality teams to maintain regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Job responsibilities Maintaining food safety and sustainability standards. Manage food safety related concerns and complaints with corrective action reports. Ensure all sanitation and food safety guidelines are being met throughout the production facilities. Creative/ analytical thinking and making sound judgements. Carry out ELISA techniques and other microbiological techniques. Assist Quality Assurance Manager in other daily tasks. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences (Preferably Fisheries/Food Technology/Microbiology). A post-graduate degree/ diploma in technical subject or management is desirable but not essential. 1+ years’ experience in Seafood Quality Assurance and EIA Approval is mandatory. Undergone external training in Quality, Food Safety and Sustainability Standards. Usage of MS Excel, Word, & Other Microsoft Products. Well Versed in ELISA techniques and other microbiological techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient functioning of air conditioning systems in our plant. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of the facility's occupants while maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the performance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all refrigeration equipments and systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions related to air conditioning units. Ensure that all equipments operates according to safety standards, guidelines, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and performance reports. Respond promptly to emergency calls regarding refrigeration systems and ensure quick resolution. Assist Maintenance Manager in other maintenance activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant areas and equipment. Qualifications: ITI Diploma or equivalent (required). Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration equipments. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
