Job Description

A production supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of a workshop.

Responsible for organization, control and optimum utilization of material and resources within the workshop.
Ensure that all workshop plant, equipment and tools are subject to regular inspection
Prioritizing work schedule
Directing and supervising workshop staff
Maintain clean and safe workshop
Provide regular feedback on workshop performance to motivate a team
Reporting to higher authorities for the update of ongoing work
Provide technical guidance
Ensure that products meet established quality standards before they are shipped
Identifying and resolving problems that arise during the production process
Assign task, monitor performance , provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow to production staff
Require knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality control procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
