Job Description

Production Planning & Control Execute the daily and weekly production schedules as per planning. Allocate tasks to operators and workers according to skills and availability. Monitor workflow to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Floor Supervision Oversee all activities on the production floor. Ensure machines, manpower, and materials are being used efficiently. Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift coordination. Quality Assurance Ensure that products meet quality and process standards. Implement in-process quality checks and reduce defects or rework. Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for inspections. Equipment & Maintenance Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team. Ensure machines are clean, lubricated, and ready for operation. Support preventive maintenance activities. Reporting & Documentation Record daily production output, machine utilization, downtime, and manpower usage. Prepare shift reports and update the production manager. Maintain logs for scrap, wastage, and rejected material. Ensure compliance with factory rules and labor regulations. Contact:75399 45999
