Production Supervisor (Printing and Packaging Industry)

As a Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to product packaging within the company. Your role will involve leading a department that focuses on providing accurate and timely packaging information, developing new packaging solutions, managing stock, forecasting, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Control, organize, and monitor the flow of printed materials in the company. - Check schedules, confirm product specifications, and arrange adjustments as needed. - Oversee department staff and ensure the quality of products meets standards and deadlines are achieved. - Handle manpower effectively within the packaging department. - Utilize technical knowledge of various machines including Printing, UV Dripp off, Spot UV, Corrugation, Pasting Sheeter cutter machines, etc. - Maintain packaging orders, update records, set schedules, and collaborate with the quality department to resolve packaging issues and enhance efficiency.
