Production Supervisor - Painting works

A Heavy Steel Fabrication Production Supervisor for painting works oversees the painting process in a fabrication environment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities include managing manpower, adhering to production schedules, maintaining quality control, and enforcing safety protocols related to painting operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in fabrication, with a focus on painting.
• Experience in material handling equipment/conveyor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Painting works knowledge in fabrication industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
