Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing or production unit to ensure that production goals are achieved efficiently and safely. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating workflows, maintaining quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will be tasked with developing and implementing production schedules, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to optimize output. Additionally, you will supervise, motivate, and guide a team of production staff, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to drive productivity. Ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with enforcing safety procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and promoting safe work practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role will also involve identifying and resolving production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies, as well as managing inventory to ensure an adequate material supply and proper inventory control. Continuous improvement in production processes will be essential, requiring you to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. You will also be responsible for maintaining production records, preparing performance reports, and communicating relevant information to other departments. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, leave encashment, and provident fund.
