CTC- Depends upon present CTC Job description for Production Supervisor: • Make Production Plan according to the received requirement. • Achieving assigned production target. • Supervision Of Production Activities, Handling of Man Power, Shift Work Planning • Allocation of work and monitoring labour as per the Plan. • Ensuring Maximum Output to achieve days Production Target. • Random Checking of Goods at various Production Stages and Regular Intervals to ensure Quality of Finished Goods is as per requirement. • To implement SOP of Batch Change, Job Card Filling, Log Book. • Co-ordination with Stores for Packaging Material, Raw Materials in timely manner.
